An apparatus and a method of manufacturing catalysts for synthesis of carbon nanotubes are provided to manufacture a catalyst particle of fixed size by preventing block of a spray hole of an injecting member. An apparatus(10) of manufacturing catalysts for synthesis of carbon nanotubes includes a furnace(100), a heating member(110), an injecting member(200), and a temperature control member. A catalytic solution inlet formed on an upper plate of the injecting member is connected to one side of a catalytic solution inlet line(310). Other end of the catalyst solution supply line is connected to a mixing member(320). A transition metal precursor supply source(330) is connected to the mixing member through a first supply line(332). |
