COMPOSITION COMPRISING (-)-DECURSIN DERIVATIVE SHOWING TREATING AND PREVENTING ATOPIC DERMATITIS DISEASE

A composition comprising a (-)-decursin derivative for treating and preventing atopic dermatitis diseases is provided to synthesize the (-)-decursin derivative by using a (-)-decursin as a precursor and to suppress MCP-1, IL-6 and IL-8 effectively. A composition for treating and preventing atopic dermatitis diseases comprises a (-)-decursin derivative and a pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The (-)-decursin derivative compound is synthesized by using a (-)-decursin as a precursor and is represented by the formula (I). In the formula (I), R1 is at least one C1-C20 alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group or substituent of the formula (A); R' is a halogen atom, nitro group, amine group or C1-C4 low alkyl group. In the chemical formula (A), A is a substituent capable of being substituted at the position of o, m and p; A' is at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atom, -OH, nitro group, amine group, acetate, halogen atom, C1-C4 low alkyl group, lower alkoxy group, lower alkyl ester and lower alkyl carboxy group; and n is an integer of 0-4.
