A voltage control circuit is provided to output a fixed output voltage by a simplified circuit configuration by maintaining a current value flowing to a serial circuit regardless of variation of an input voltage. In a first transistor(3), a collector is connected to an input terminal(1), an emitter is connected to an output terminal, and a base is connected to a first node(N1). A first resistor(4) is connected between the input terminal and the first node. A second resistor(5) is connected between the first node and a second node(N2). In a second transistor(6), a collector is connected to the second node, and an emitter is connected to a third node(N3). A third transistor(7) is connected between the third node and a fourth node(N4). A third resistor(8) is connected between the fourth node and a ground potential(GND). A fourth resistor(9) is connected between the output terminal and the base of the second transistor. A fifth resistor(10) is connected between the base of the second transistor and the ground potential. A fourth transistor(13) is connected between the first node and the ground potential, and controls a conductive state by an electric potential of the second node.
