A leakage preventing device of a hydrogen gas for cooling a generator is provided to maximize the cooling efficiency of a hydrogen gas by forming an oil film between the hosing and the shaft of the generator. In a leakage preventing device of a hydrogen gas for cooling a generator, and leakage prevention unit(30) prevents the leakage of a hydrogen gas inside the housing by spraying the oil with higher pressure than inside pressure. The leakage prevention part comprises a cap, a sealing, and oil supply pipe. The cap(31) is fixed to outside terminal of the housing, and the penetration hole is formed at the central the cap. An oil flowed from the outer side of cap is flowed into a ring insert groove. The oil movement pipe(33) forms the oil film between the ceiling and the shaft.
