A printing pressure control device of a roll-to-roll rotary printing system is provided to perform a production of various electronic devices by performing a precision printing operation into various ink thickness according to a desired function value of a micro electronic circuit pattern having a micro line width. A pair of first bearing blocks(112) is supported by a frame(101). The first bearing block supports both end parts of a shaft(23b) of a forming roll(23) with a bearing(112a). A pair of first guiders(113) supports the first bearing block. A pair of first load cells(114) is installed in one side of the first bearing block, and senses a contact pressure between the forming roll and a printing roll. A pair of first printing pressure control motors(115) is fixed in one side of the first load cells. The first printing pressure control motor moves the forming roll, the first bearing block, and the first load cell back and forth based on the printing roll, and is fixed in the frame.
