PURPOSE: A touch panel manufacturing method is provided to implement a fine pitch by forming an electrode on the border of a substrate including a transparent conductive film and by giving conductivity by plating. CONSTITUTION: An electrode delivering a signal by touch to the outside is formed on the border of a substrate including a transparent conductive film by etching a first area in which an electrode pattern is formed(S20). An inner pattern generating the signal is formed in the first area by etching a second area(S30). A photoresist layer protecting the inner pattern is printed on the second area(S40). Plating is performed to give conductivity to the first area while protecting the second area with the photoresist layer(S50). The photoresist layer is removed(S60).
