A method for preparing a functional composition having excellent detoxification activity is provided to reduce poisonous substances and to obtain far infrared ray radiation effect by using natural minerals and vegetable materials. A method for preparing a functional composition having excellent detoxification activity comprises the steps of: (i) dipping natural minerals in clean water for 30 days to extract functional components within minerals; (ii) adding the concentrate of vegetable materials selected from edible mushrooms or ginseng to the solution having the functional components and extracting enzyme active components; (iii) adding the pulverized natural minerals to the solution having enzyme active components, injecting noble metals as a catalyst, and aging it for 45 days; and (iv) separating only solution to make products.
