The device has a flexible, semi-rigid and/or rigid shell type child support that forms a chassis and integrates fixed or movable elements such as handlebar, handles, gadget and wheels, of the device. The elements are integrated and/or fixed to an internal part and/or external part of the support. Axles are extended from the handles and the wheels, and allow an adjustment in position of the support with respect to ground in a two or three-dimensional plane. A screen and an umbrella are arranged on the device.
