An intake manifold for V8 engine of vehicle and an assembling method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by assembling the valve stem and the swirl valve as one body to the runner, and to improve the swirl ratio by mounting the swirl valve module inside the upper end of the runner. An intake manifold for V8 engine of vehicle comprises a top shell(10) and a bottom shell(20) which are made of plastic material and include a surge tank and a plurality of runners, a swirl valve module(60) consisting of a swirl valve(62) rotated about a valve stem(61), and a drive unit rotating the valve stem. The top shell and the bottom shell are injection-molded in order to be separated and welded by vibration fusing. The swirl valve is installed on the valve stem inside the upper end of the runner. The drive unit includes a motor with a motor shaft and a rod for delivering the driving force of the motor shaft to the valve stem.
