An automotive door handle assembly is provided to reduce cost and improve durability by connecting a rod and a door handle directly without using a rod clip. An automotive door handle assembly comprises: a door handle(100) formed in a door panel; and a rod(300) connecting a door handle and a door latch. In the end of the rod, a joint(340) bent downwardly is formed. In the bottom of the joint, a protrusion is equipped. In the end of the door handle, a guide groove(120) whose width is narrower than the width of a through hole(140) is formed. The protrusion is a circular flat board.
