FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely manipulation of the broken posture in sagittal plane. Groups of postural muscles which, depending on a kind of disturbance of posture, are in hypertonus condition are taped. In the treatment it is offered to combine postisometric relaxation of intense muscles with physiotherapy exercises for the relaxed antagonists. Efficiency of the method is reached by that at combination of postisometric relaxation being in hypertonus condition postural muscles with physiotherapy exercises, purposefully strengthening their antagonists, broken local postural muscular balance is restored faster, and the physiotherapy exercises for restoration of normal parity of tonus of interested muscles are required in smaller volume. ^ EFFECT: increasing of treatment efficiency at the expense of manual relaxations depending on kind of disturbance of posture strained postural muscles in combination to physiotherapy exercises for the relaxed muscles-antagonists and development of correct impellent stereotype. |
