FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is assigned to be used in poultry-processing industry, in poultry processing lines. Device for removing of parted off limbs of poultry carcasses includes frame, former, centre of shackle fixation, driving star gear, lower and upper working elements set in slides. Former has control tracks. Slides are provided with rolls. The latter interact with control tracks. Upper working elements are set in slider with possibility of vertical out-in traverse and fixed with help of spring and adjustment screw. There are brushes fixed on the lower slider. ^ EFFECT: invention provides increase of work reliability and decrease of roll wear. ^ 5 dwg |
