FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. The method provides for preparing of following recipe ingredients, in mass percent: smoked ham - 438, tomatoes - 270.24, green peas - 490.5, herbs - 15, table mustard - 60, salt - 8 and melted fat - until finished product reaches 1000. Tomatoes are cut and fried in melted fat. Herbs are cut and frozen. Fresh green peas are frozen. The listed ingredients mixed with table salt without oxygen access. Stoked ham is cut, covered with table mustard and fried in melted fat. Ham, obtained mixture and melted fat are packed. Then sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: tinned meat and vegetable food has enhanced digestibility. |
