PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body-worn type sauna which covers a human body, where a heater has little danger of short-circuit or breakdown, and a covering for covering the human body, is prevented from breaking off even if a high load is applied to a power line or the like of the sauna when the wearer takes an exercise. SOLUTION: A body-worn type sauna 1 includes a sauna suit 2 wrapping up a human body, a PTC sheet 31 generating heat by the power supplied from outside, and a heater storage part 26 for storing the PTC sheet 31. The heater storage part 26 is detachably provided with a heat generator 3 having the PTC sheet 31 on the outside of the back surface of the sauna suit 2.
