<p>A mist generator is provided to remove processing remains by injecting the mist with air pressure, and to cool the injected mist through the air supply path formed in the discharge path. A mist generator includes a tank in which mist is generated from a mixture of fluid and air, and a discharge path(26,28) through which the generated mist is discharged. The tank includes an oil supply path(8) formed from the bottom to a mist nozzle(6) at the ceiling. The discharge path includes an air supply path connected to an air supply unit and is opened and closed by a solenoid valve(44,46).</p> |
