A method for offering information about neighboring cars and a system thereof are provided to warn a user of the dangers of collision with the neighboring cars. The location information of vehicles is obtained(S304). The location information of a road in which the vehicles travel is obtained(S306). The location information of the vehicles is corrected based on the road location information(S308). The location information of the other vehicles is received through a Zigbee apparatus(S310). Based on the corrected location information of the vehicles, the location information of the other vehicles is displayed on a global information system(S316).
