The invention relates to a method for producing a printed product on a rotary printing press, wherein the webs of printing material to be printed are stored on a plurality of reel changers of the rotary printing press, wherein the plurality of printing material webs are transported for the static printing thereof with a printed image of the printed product that does not change for printed copies through at least one printing-form-based printing unit of the rotary printing press, wherein at least one of the statically printed printing material webs is printed dynamically in the region of at least one printing unit without a printing form, particularly inline, in addition to the static printing, with a printed image that is variable for at least some printed copies, and wherein statically printed printing material webs and statically and dynamically printed printing material webs are combined and processed to form a multi-page printed product in the region of at least one turn-and-mix stage and at least one folding apparatus of the rotary printing press such that the printed product is dynamically printed on at least one inside printed page thereof.
