PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route search device that can detect an optimum route with higher precision, a route search method, and a route search processing program, etc. SOLUTION: The route search device sets a learning level of the link in accordance with frequency for a movable body of passing through a road corresponding to the link; sets a learning level of the node in accordance with frequency for the movable body of moving from a road corresponding to one link to a road corresponding to another link via a connecting portion corresponding to the node; calculates a new link cost of the link using the link cost thus set up for the link and the learning level of the link; calculates a new node cost of the node using the node cost set up for the node and the learning level of the node; and searches for the optimum route on the basis of the new link cost and the new node cost, wherein a rate of change between the new link cost thus calculated and the link cost originally provided, and a rate of change between the new node cost thus calculated and the node cost originally provided are substantially the same.
