PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve control device capable of improving maintainability of wires for opening and closing a valve, and reducing number of components and cost. SOLUTION: A first holder member insertion hole 10 is opened in an operation direction of the wire Wa for opening the valve and a second holder member insertion hole 12 is opened in an operation direction of the wire for closing the valve on a wall part 9b of a housing 9 of a throttle body 1. Grooves 11, 13 at opening end parts are continuously provided at the first and the second holder member insertion holes respectively with diameters thereof expanded outward. Cylindrical parts 20a, 21a and flange parts 20f, 21f are formed on holder members 20, 21 for opening the valve and closing the valve, and each wire is inserted through inside of each cylindrical part. The cylindrical parts of the holder members for opening the valve and closing the valve are inserted into the first and the second holder member insertion holes, the flange parts are inserted into locking grooves, a housing cover 40 is arranged on an opening end part of the housing, and the holder members for opening the valve and closing the valve are gripped and fixed by the housing and the housing cover.
