<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell having a plurality of photoelectric conversion layers laminated through an intermediate layer, which has a novel intermediate layer and has a high open voltage value. <P>SOLUTION: The organic thin-film solar cell has: a plurality of photoelectric conversion layers formed between a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer; and the intermediate layer formed between the adjacent photoelectric conversion layers.
