PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for a vehicle improved in layout and fitting efficiency to the vehicle, and handling efficiency without reducing the size of the heat exchanger to an installation space. SOLUTION: A main radiator 3, a sub-radiator 4 and a capacitor 5 are disposed along the flowing direction of cooling air, a pipe penetrating passage 20 is formed in an inlet tank 11 and an outlet tank 12 of the main radiator 3, and inlet pipes 36, 46 and outlet pipes 37, 47 of the sub-radiator 4 and the capacitor 5 are made to pass through the pipe penetrating passage 20.
