<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VOC processor which neither needs a large preheating capacity when the temperature of a catalyst part is low nor overheats a catalyst and a heat exchanger when the temperature of a VOC concentration is high. <P>SOLUTION: The amount of blowing air of a blower (1), when it is started, is controlled to increase gradually to maintain the temperature of a catalyst part entrance detected by a temperature sensor (5) at a set minimum temperature. A branch conduit run (6) is installed between the outlet of the catalyst part (3) and the inlet of the heat exchanger (4) with a blow-off valve (7) fitted to the branch conduit run (6), so that the amount of blowing air of the blow-off valve (7) is controlled by the output of the temperature sensor (5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
