<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burdens on the joint cartilage of the knee while securing the action of suppressing the oscillation of the knee joint, the action of assisting muscle force around the joint, flexibility and heat insulation. <P>SOLUTION: The supporter 1 exclusive for knees includes a first fixing belt 2 to be wound around the upper part of the knee and fixed, a second fixing belt 3 to be wound around the lower part of the knee and fixed, a first intermediate belt 4 and a second intermediate belt 5 respectively joined near both ends of the first fixing belt 2 and the second fixing belt 3 and fixed so as to cover the front surface of the knee, and a first chevron-shaped belt 6 and a second chevron-shaped belt 7 in a chevron shape joined near one end of the first fixing belt 2 and the second fixing belt 3, piled up on the first intermediate belt 4 or the second intermediate belt 5 so as to cover the front surface of the knee and fixed to the first fixing belt 2 or the second fixing belt 3 at the distal end.
