PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling and oil-drawing apparatus for a transformer capable of achieving a drilling and oil-drawing operation for the transformer safely, easily and efficiently. SOLUTION: This drilling and oil-drawing apparatus for a transformer comprises: a drilling apparatus body 2 constituted of a drill part 10 and a supporting part 11 and provided by hanging from a supporting member 3 over a transformer 5; a drill-part side connection device 26 provided in a lower terminal of the drill part 10; a transformer-side connection device 25 fixed to an upper cover 5a of the transformer 5 and capable of liquid-tightly being engaged with the drill part-side connection device 26; a drill pathway formed in the transformer-side connection device 25 and the drill-part side connection device 26; valves 29, 34 opening and closing a drill pathway; and a drill 24 for drilling descending in the drill pathway toward the upper cover 5a of the transformer 5 by remote control.
