PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for preventing biological information of a customer from being unable to be recognized or falsely recognized due to light incident to a biological information capture part. SOLUTION: The device includes a card reader writer part and a biological information capture part 6, and also includes a shading cover 20 capable of covering a finger put on the biological information capture part 6. When finger vein information read from a transaction card of the customer does not coincide with the finger vein information captured from the biological information capture part 6, light is shaded by the shading cover 20 and the finger vein information is captured by the biological information capture part 6 once again.
