PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device capable of changing a pitch length without changing a link shape, thereby significantly reducing noises even if only one kind of a link is used. SOLUTION: One kind of a link 11 and a pin 14 are used, and an inter piece 15 with a standard dimension and an inter piece 25 thinner than it are used.
