PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite compositions well suited for forming shaped articles. SOLUTION: The composite composition contains a cellulosic fiber (preferably, of 50-80 parts weight), a thermoplastic binder (preferably, polyethylene or the like of 20-40 parts weight), a 2-4C polyolefin coupling agent (preferably, of 1-5 parts weight) having a maleic anhydride functional group, and a lubricant, which comprises alkyl ester of carboxylic acid having a specific structure and is free of metal stearate, (preferably, carboxylamide wax and/or amide wax).
