PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent containers from generating dew condensation by heating them not more than a required temperature. SOLUTION: A container heat treatment apparatus (12) for heat treating sealed containers filled with contents comprises hot water dispersing means (27) for dispersing hot water against containers, transferring means (19) for transferring containers through the hot water dispersing means, dew point measurement means (39) for measuring a dew point around the transferring means and a temperature adjusting means (32) for adjusting a temperature of contents in the containers in such a way that the temperature may become higher than the dew point measured by the dew point measuring means.
