PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely detoxify highly reactive waste discharged from a borazine compound manufacturing process. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the borazine compound by making hydrogenated boron alkali indicated by ABH<SB>4</SB>(A is a lithium atom, a natrium atom or a pottasium atom) and amine salt indicated by RNH<SB>3</SB>X (R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group and X is a halogen atom) react in a solvent, the discharged waste containing a compound having a B-H bond is treated by a carbonyl compound under the presence of a protic solvent.
