PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability for failure recovery after replacement of a failed control board even if the control board having a common RAM allowing a plurality of CPUs to perform common access fails. SOLUTION: When the failure of an NC board (the control board having the common RAM allowing a main CPU 5 and a local CPU 7 to perform the common access) is detected (step S63: YES), alarm/backup processing for transferring information stored in the common RAM to a USB provided in a local board (a control board different from the failed NC board) and storing it is executed (step S64).
