<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure electrical characteristics of a communication circuit to correspond to new design. <P>SOLUTION: A second communication circuit which performs communication by a signal in a general-purpose second frequency band and a first communication circuit corresponding to a new design, which performs communication by a signal in a first frequency band are formed in a communication circuit 1. A measuring and evaluating device 2 has a data file which performs call connection to only the second communication circuit operating with the signal in the second frequency band, by a loop back function. The signal in the second frequency band is supplied from the measuring and evaluating device 2 to a first frequency band circuit 5 of the first communication circuit through a signal line 25. At this time, the second communication circuit on the side of a second frequency band circuit 6 takes in leakage power to achieve call connection between the communication circuit 1 and the measuring and evaluating device 2. After the call connection, the measuring and evaluating device 2 switches transmission/reception signals from the second frequency band to the first frequency band, and performs transmission/reception between the measuring and evaluating device 2 and the first communication circuit by signals in the first frequency band so as to measure electrical characteristics of the first communication circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
