PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively easily add a security function using a dial lock and improve convenience by reducing the process related to locking and unlocking. SOLUTION: The locking/unlocking device is provided with the dial lock 13 and an operation body 4 which are arranged on a side of a drawer 22 for opening and closing a box body 21. The operation body 4 is structured so that it may be moved in one direction when the drawer 22 is opened, leaving the box body 21, after collation of the dial lock 13, and that it may be moved in the other direction by being pushed by the movement of the drawer 22 coming closer to the box body 21.
