PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device having excellent workability in both cases of printing by one worker and printing by two workers. SOLUTION: This printing device 1 comprises a printer unit 30, a conveyance unit 10 and a control unit 40 for controlling the operation of an elevating transference unit 20. The control unit 40 is constituted to fix a pallet which is loaded with a material to be printed transferred from the elevating transference unit 20 to an upper conveying mechanism 11 to a fist holding position on the way of conveyance by the upper conveying mechanism 11 to perform printing by injecting ink from an ink injection hole to the material to be printed on the pallet with the printer unit 30, and to selectively perform first operation control for conveying the pallet loaded with the printed material to which printing is already performed to a front elevating transference unit 20 with a rear elevating transference unit 20 and a lower conveying mechanism and second operation control for temporarily stopping the pallet loaded with the printed material to which printing is already performed in the rear elevating transference unit 20.
