The invention relates to a driving vehicle (31), particularly a driverless, automotive, rail-mounted driving vehicle (31) for several freight cars, preferably for regional freight traffic. The driving vehicle (31) is designed in low-platform technology with a drive unit (37) that is disposed on the lowest admissible level. A bridge (35) on which vehicles, especially trucks, optionally equipped with semitrailers, can drive is arranged above the drive unit (37). The bridge (35), along with the loading areas of the freight cars, especially the low-platform freight cars, forms a running track (36) which can drive along the entire length of the train. |
