PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device that improves the design of the inside of an inlet box and contributes to the miniaturization of a fuel lid, and to provide a cover for the inlet box which makes its mounting work easy. SOLUTION: This design cover 4 comprises a cover body 41, which covers at least the bottom wall part 12 of the inlet box 1, and an engagement part 42 provided integrally in the inside circumferential edge of a cover through-hole 411a in the cover body 41. A first seal engagement part 32 of a coating member 3 is engaged with the end part of the inside circumferential edge of the box through-hole of the bottom wall part 12. The engagement part 42 is engaged with this first seal engagement part 32. No mounting hole for mounting the design cover 4 is required in the bottom wall part 12 of the inlet box 1.
