<p>The device (1) has a distance holding element (1a) connectable with a shaft-shaped implant (2). The element is implemented and/or formed in such a manner that a cavity (8) stably holds its form between a mucous membrane (6) and upper jaw bones (4a) and is formed between the upper jaw bones and a cutter membrane (6a) detached from the upper jaw bones, during an arrangement of the element. The element is brought in interference with the implant, and a plug connection is realized for connection of the element and the implant. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a device for setting and/or regenerating an upper jaw bone.</p> |
