A transmission oil cooler is provided to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the oil by increasing the cross-section of a coolant flow path without reducing the cross-section of an oil flow path. A heat exchange unit(10) comprises a oil flow path and is formed by an upper plate and a lower plate. Edges of the upper and lower plates are combined with each other. The upper and lower plates are made of the excellent metal material having excellent thermal conductivity such as the aluminium. A plurality of first protrusions(16) are respectively formed in an upper side of the upper plate and a bottom surface of the lower plate. Each of the first protrusions of the upper and lower plates individually includes the first grooves. The first grooves of the upper and lower plates are formed so as to be crossed over each other.
