An organic waste treating apparatus is provided to improve dismantling efficiency of organic waste through lively activity of a microorganism dismantling the waste. An organic waste treating apparatus includes a stirring vat(310), a stirring axis(322), a transfer pipe(323), a stirring motor(321), a plurality of auxiliary stirring units and a load supporting unit(340). A section reduction part(310a) is formed to a longitudinal direction of the stirring vat. The stirring axis is installed at a central part of the stirring vat. The auxiliary stirring units comprises one or more stirring rods(333a)(333b)(333c) and an auxiliary stirring motor(331). The load supporting unit includes a downwardly inclined supporting plate(341) and a stirrer(342). |
