<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anisotropic conductive particles capable of making compatible both securing of insulation performance between neighboring circuits and securing of conductivity between opposing circuits, when used for a circuit connecting material. <P>SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive particles each include: an organic insulating material 3; and conductive particulates 2 which are dispersed in the organic insulating material 3. When the anisotropic conductive particle is 50% flattened from the original particle diameter by applying pressure on it, the resistance becomes 1/100 or less of that of the anisotropic particles before application of the pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
