PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system corresponding to a connection test which requires no interlock device by incorporating a connection test section included in the interlock device into a maintenance terminal device. SOLUTION: A railway security system is equipped with: a compact control terminal device 14 for performing input/output control of a signal facility; an interlock device 11 for controlling the signal facility through the compact control terminal device 14; the maintenance terminal device 13 for maintaining the interlock device 11 and the compact control terminal device 14; and a communication control device 12 for connecting the interlock device 11 and the maintenance terminal device 13, and the compact control terminal device 14. The compact control terminal device 14 has, as driving modes, a normal mode in which control under an instruction from the interlock device 11 is performed, but control under an instruction from the maintenance terminal device 13 is not performed; and a terminal maintenance mode in which control under the instruction from the interlock device 11 is not performed, but control under an instruction from the maintenance terminal device 13 is performed.
