PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method and a radio communication device, capable of easily performing the connecting processing of WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup). SOLUTION: The radio communication method includes: a step S10 of supplying power to the radio communication device 3; and a step S11 of starting a PBC (Push Button Configuration) operation in the WPS of a radio LAN communication standard without receiving an instruction from the outside in response to the power supply.
