摘要 <p>Disclosed is a process for producing an aluminum complex, which comprises the steps of: mixing an aluminum powder with a sintering aid powder comprising titanium and/or hydrogenated titanium to prepare an aluminum-mixed raw material powder; mixing the aluminum-mixed raw material powder with a water-soluble resin binder, water, at least one plasticizer selected from a polyhydric alcohol, an ether and an ester, and a water-insoluble hydrocarbon organic solvent having 5 to 8 carbon atoms to prepare a viscous composition; molding and foaming the viscous composition on an aluminum foil or an aluminum sheet to produce a pre-sinter molded article; and heating/firing the pre-sinter molded article in a non-oxidative atmosphere to produce an aluminum complex comprising a sintered porous aluminum body, wherein the sintered porous aluminum body comprises a sintered porous body of aluminum bound to the aluminum foil or the aluminum sheet in an integral manner. In the process, the temperature T(°C) of the heating/firing meets the requirement represented by the following formula: Tm-10 (°C) = T = 685 (°C) wherein Tm (°C) represents a temperature at which the aluminum-mixed raw material powder begins to melt.</p>
