PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the control device of a vehicle solving drag resistance due to viscous coupling in a four-wheel drive mechanism, without depending on changes of a hardware. SOLUTION: In a vehicle transmitting the output of an engine (an internal combustion engine) by a CVT (a transmission) to respectively drive front and rear wheels, and inserting a VC (the viscous coupling) in a propeller shaft, a rotation difference before/after the VC is calculated (S12), torque estimated to generate VC is calculated by using a NN (a model) from the calculated rotation difference (S14). Required torque required for an engine for canceling the calculated torque is calculated, and the operation of the engine is controlled to output the calculated required torque (S16).
