PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain door vibration by simplifying its structure, avoiding an effect upon the layout of any other vehicle body member or the like and by restraining a portion easily receiving transmission of vibration from a vehicle body. SOLUTION: This restraint system 20 for a vehicle door restrains a door 14 installed on an opening portion 13 of the vehicle body 11 to be opened and closed through a hinge against the vehicle body 11. The hinge 15 includes a vehicle body side hinge 21, a door side hinge 22 rotated by a rotating shaft 23 against the vehicle body side hinge 21 and a rotation regulating member 24 for regulating rotation of the door side hinge 22 against the vehicle body side hinge 21 while the door 14 is closing.
