PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch a call without requiring any on-board device. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cellular phone including a cellular phone 1 and a cellular phone 2 which are registered as Bluetooth (R) hands-free sets each other. A control section 112 of the cellular phone 1 controls a Bluetooth (R) radio section 101 in cellular phone call arrival to perform Bluetooth (R) transmission. When the cellular phone 2 responds to the Bluetooth (R) transmission, the incoming call is transferred to the cellular phone 2 so that a speech related to the incoming call is performed by the cellular phone 2 according to near-field communication compliant to the Bluetooth (R) communication system.
