PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid composition capable of obtaining a conductive film with high hardness and high moisture resistance. SOLUTION: The coating liquid composition contains a dispersion medium, a conductive organic compound, and polyvinyl alcohol as expressed in a formula: -[CH<SB>2</SB>-CH(OCOCH<SB>3</SB>)]x-[CH<SB>2</SB>-CH(OH)]y-[CH<SB>2</SB>-CH(R)]z-. The polyvinyl alcohol has a co-polymer ratio of 5 mol%-20 mol% as expressed in z/(x+y+z)×100. R in the formula represents hydrogen or CH<SB>3</SB>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
