PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply electric power for heating an object to be heated to the maximum within a range of rated electric power of a commercial electric power source. SOLUTION: An IH control unit 41 includes: the first frequency changing section 411 for calculating a frequency used for supplying a high-frequency current, based on a detection voltage by a voltage detecting unit 45, a detection temperature by a temperature sensor 44, and a target electric power calculated by a target electric power calculating section 511; and the second frequency changing section 412 for feeding back a detection current by a current detecting unit 46, and for changing a frequency used for supplying the high-frequency current, into a frequency corresponding to the high-frequency current in response to the calculated target electric power. The IH control unit 41 conducts switching between the change of the high-frequency current by the first frequency changing section 411 and that by the second frequency changing section 412, in response to the target electric power.
