PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program reproducing device for achieving easy management in a manner suited to a sense of a user when a viewing state of a recorded program is managed. SOLUTION: The program reproducing device includes: a receiving unit (12) for receiving a reproduction instruction of program data stored in a program storage unit; a reproducing unit (14) for reproducing the program data instructed to be reproduced via the receiving unit; a reproduction completion determining unit (15) for determining whether a predetermined rate or more of the program data has been reproduced by the reproducing unit, for the program data stored in the program storage unit; and a reproduction completion information setting unit (16) for setting reproduction information showing whether the program data have been reproduced, according to the determining result of the reproduction completion determining unit.
