PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fastening machine capable of suppressing lowering of transmission force and preventing unintended power transmission. SOLUTION: The screw fastening machine 1 includes: a housing 2; a driving part 3 including an output shaft part 31 to be rotated; a tip tool mounting part 5 being supported by the housing 2 through a spring clutch mechanism 6, allowing a supported part 51A having grease to be regulated between itself and the housing 2, and being mounted with a tip tool 10 to be rotated for fastening a screw; a frictional clutch mechanism 4 interposed between the output shaft part 31 and the tip tool mounting part 5 and capable of transmitting the rotating force of the output shaft part 31 to the tip tool mounting part 5; and a sealing member 56 interposed between the supported part 51A and the frictional clutch mechanism 4 and blocking the inflow of the grease into the frictional clutch mechanism 4.
