<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a system monitor, capable of stably monitoring and controlling the whole power system even in a power system to which distributed power supply is gradually additionally connected and further capable of implementing monitor control of a huge number of customers. <P>SOLUTION: With a monitor control center 22 as the top for controlling the flow of power of the power system 11 while monitoring ever-changing service power of a power system 11, a communication path 21 is radially formed from an upstream side to a downstream side along the flow of power. A monitor controller 24 is disposed at each of nodes 23 which are branch points of flows of power. The monitor controller 24 communicates with a monitor controller 24 positioned one layer thereabove and a monitor controller 24 positioned one layer therebelow in the same information format through the communication path 21, summarizes information from the monitor controller 24 positioned one layer therebelow and information from the self monitor controller 24 to report the resultant to the monitor controller 24 positioned one layer thereabove, and distributes a command value from the monitor controller 24 positioned one layer thereabove to the self monitor controller 24 and the monitor controller positioned one layer therebelow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
